NOT WHAT YOU WERE AFTER?
If your products are not suitable, simply return them within 30 days of delivery and we’ll happily provide a refund, provided they meet our terms and conditions policy. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges.
Your products must be in the condition you received them:
- Unworn
- Unsoiled
Including tags and undamaged packaging, in original condition and preferably inside the original carton which it was sent to you to ensure the product is protected during transit. Unfortunately we will be unable to accept the return if the product is damaged.
Please note:
- Shipping costs can't be refunded
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us
- Your personal information will be used according to our Privacy Policy to process your
refund or return.

FAULTY ITEMS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described, or different from shown, we’re so sorry! Please contact us with details of the issue, and if the
product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace or refund the price of the product to your original payment method.
It does not constitute a defect if in our reasonable opinion a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
